Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund if we fail to deliver any reviews within 7 days of your order. Create a support ticket to request a refund.
Partial Refunds
If we deliver fewer reviews than ordered and cannot complete the order within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a prorated refund for undelivered reviews.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if: reviews were successfully delivered, your Google listing was removed or suspended by Google for reasons unrelated to our service, or more than 30 days have passed since order completion.
Refill vs Refund
If reviews are removed within the guarantee period, we first attempt to replace them. Refunds are offered only if replacement is not possible.

Create a support ticket with your order ID. Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days.
